Iran film 'Life without Life' to vie in Iraq

Iran film 'Life without Life' has been selected to vie at the 6th edition of Duhok International Film Festival in Iraq.

Directed by Kaveh Moeinfar, the film will screen at the Kurdish Feature Competition section of the festival.

'Life without Life' is the story of a man named Ardeshir, who suffers from lung cancer. He has only six months to live. Satyar, Ardeshir's son, is a musician and collects his father's money from debtors in unusual ways.

The Duhok International Film Festival aims to showcase innovative films of high artistic value. It works as a point for all who want to learn more about the possibilities the Kurdish region has to offer.

The latest edition of the festival has been under way since October 20 and it will end on October 27, 2018.
